Rhuberry Jam

I really find the whole jelly-making process to be quite relaxing. It reminds me of when I was young and learning to make jelly at my grandma's house. It seemed to take all day, which is odd since it really doesn't take very long to make a batch of jelly.
With more rhubarb left, I thought I would try the Rhuberry Jam recipe that I found on Tasty Kitchen. It took quite awhile for the jam to come together, but wow - look at the vibrant color! The raspberry flavor really shines in this recipe.
