This Easter Nate was in charge of the ham for our celebration.

Although it's not much to look at, trust me, it was delicious. The glaze, made from gingersnaps and bourbon accent the meat perfectly. Nate originally saw this recipe on Good Eats on the Food Network. He tweaked it a little (made a paste instead of layering the ingredients on the meat).
