Now that the weather is starting to get nicer it's time to get out the blender. My hubby and kids get completely grossed out when I make my smoothies, but they're so good that I don't even care what they think. The color may be a little off-putting. After all, who wants to drink something green?! But trust me, they're so good!
Kale Smoothie
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 handful of fresh kale
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice
(other fruit optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
