Celebrate!

It was hot...like don't-want-to-cooperate hot

I always find the 4th of July a little bittersweet.  I love the holiday but get a little sad that it means the summer is half over.  But on to looking at the glass half-full.  We decided to take in a parade this year.  Although it was crazy-hot, the parade was fun.  (and it didn't hurt that it was only 40 minutes long)

I also decided that we would be 'that family' and all wear festive shirts.  Nate went along with my zany idea and was surprised how many older couples wore matching 4th tshirts...(just you wait Nate!)
