Cake Truffles on a Stick...part 2

This week is the daycare's annual bake sale. I thought we would bring something a little different...

The flavor I selected is very kid-friendly - chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting.

I had much higher hopes of a shaped cake pop. But by the time I started making them, I stuck with the standard ball shape. I dipped into my surprisingly large supply of sprinkles to help make them a bit more festive.
