As the latest blizzard was rolling into Aberdeen, we made a quick trip to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Nate has been wanting to roast a chicken for quite awhile, and I finally gave in.
I don't know his recipe, but it was delicious!
Caroline gave it two very big thumbs up!
