I'm making quite a few little desserts for the holiday season. Here's one that is easy to make that tastes delicious! Using a premade frozen cheesecake adds to the ease. And the contrast between the crisp chocolate shell and smooth cheesecake filling makes them irresistible.
1 plain cheesecake, thawed
1 package chocolate candy melts
With a small cookie scoop, scoop the cheesecake filling (being careful not to get the crust) into small balls. Freeze to firm up. Dip in chocolate candy melts. Let sit until firm. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to serve.
