Peach Cobbler
It's peach season here. The best peaches finally made it to the grocery store. So I celebrated by buying a lug (box) of them. I had to make something yummy for this weekend, so I made my Grandma O's Peach Cobbler. It's so easy and completely delicious!

1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put the butter in a 9x9 pan and put it in the oven to melt. Mix the milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Pour over the melted butter and spoon 2 cups of peaches over the batter. Bake about 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
