In South Dakota you have to be prepared for anything...
With a blizzard ready to start at any moment, our traditional Christmas Eve was changed a little.
Instead of celebrating with my dad's side of the family, complete with a visit from Santa, we celebrated at my parents' house. After a delicious turkey dinner, complete with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh peach pie, we let Caroline open a gift that Santa had left at our house.
It was just what she wanted...a baby with a bottle!

Later, a Wii bowling tournament! We all decided that we're much better Wii bowlers than real bowlers...
Tomorrow we'll continue making new Christmas memories...church has been cancelled, and my mom's side of the family can't make it due to the weather. But we'll have an ugly sweater contest! Don't worry, more photos will be posted!
