This past weekend Nate and I had the opportunity to go to Kansas City. It was my first time there. Nate had been there growing up (State FFA) but it's been quite a while. Yes, Nate was in FFA - and quite proud of it. I find it kind of funny and give him a hard time about it quite often.
Anyway, we had a great time in KC. Friday night we met up with my old college roomie Nicole and her husband Mitch. We had a GREAT time catching up. Saturday we went shopping in the Plaza (Love it!) and went to the wedding of Sara Hertz and Greg Wu. Sara and Nate grew up together and it was great to be there and celebrate with them and their families. By Sunday afternoon we were back in Groton. We can't wait to go back to Kansas City and explore it some more!
