Honey Mustard Chicken


I've made this recipe a couple of times. I like how it's easy and tasty. Plus the leftovers taste just as good! I like using chicken tenderloins since they cook even faster. I served this with some delicious roast asparagus.
Honey Mustard Chicken
1/4 c honey (I use less)
1/4 c dijon mustard
1 lb chicken
Pretzels
Mix the honey and mustard together. Coat the chicken with the mixture and let set for 30 minutes. Crush up pretzels and coat the chicken with it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
