This weeks TWD recipe was Coconut-Roasted Pineapple Dacquoise. Prior to reading the recipe I had no idea what a Dacquoise was...in fact I had Nate wikipedia it for me. Basically it's layers of meringues.
Holy Cow! This recipe was out of this world!! It's rich but still light. Plus the coconut and pineapple flavors are perfect for a hot summer day.
